How to add your networks

Step 1: Enter the URLs

1. In each field, paste the full URL of your profile

2. You must include https:// at the beginning

3. You can leave fields empty if you don't have that network

Correct example: https://instagram.com/cafejulio

Incorrect example: @cafejulio or instagram.com/cafejulio

You have the power to choose which social networks to connect.

Step 2: Automatic Scan

When you enter the URLs, I will begin an automatic scan:

All social networks are optional. However:

• The more you add, the more accurate your Brief will be

• At minimum, we recommend adding Facebook or Instagram

• If you don't have social networks, you can continue without them

You have the power to choose what information to share. The more you give me, the better I generate.

• I only access information public from your profiles

• I do not request access to your accounts

• I do not post or modify anything

• The information is used solely to generate your Brief

Common Issues

The scan takes too long

Cause: Profiles with a lot of content may take longer.

Solution: Wait up to 3 minutes. If it doesn't complete, you can continue and the analysis will be done in the background.

Error scanning a network

Cause: Incorrect URL or private profile.

Solution:

1. Verify that the URL is correct

2. Make sure the profile is public

3. Try another social network

You have the power to resolve these issues easily.
