Manage your subscription and payment methods

Manage your subscription, change plans, and manage your payment methods.

You have full control of your billing and subscription.


Access Billing

  1. On the dashboard, look for the billing section

  2. Or go to SettingsBilling

  3. Click on "Manage" to access the portal


Your Subscription Information

On the billing screen you will see:

PRO, BUSINESS or AGENCY

Status

Active, Canceled

Next charge

Date of the next payment

Amount

Monthly or annual price


Change Plan

Upgrade

To move to a higher plan:

  1. Click on "Upgrade Plan"

  2. Select the new plan

  3. Confirm the change

  4. The change is immediate

  5. The prorated difference is charged

You have the power to upgrade your plan whenever you want.

Downgrade

To move to a lower plan:

  1. Click on "Change Plan"

  2. Select the lower plan

  3. Confirm the change

  4. The change applies at the end of the current period

  5. You keep the current plan until that date

You have full control of your plan. You can change it whenever you want.


Scheduled Plan Change

If you schedule a downgrade:

  • You will see a message: "Scheduled Plan Change"

  • It indicates: "Your plan will change from X to Y on [date]"

  • You can cancel the change and keep the current plan


Stripe Portal

By clicking on "Manage", you access the Stripe portal where you can:

Payment Information

  • See your current payment method

  • Update credit card

  • Add an alternative payment method

You have full control of your payment method.

Invoice History

  • View all past invoices

  • Download receipts as PDF

  • View details of each charge

You can see your entire billing history whenever you need it.

Billing Details

  • Update name or company

  • Change billing address

  • Add tax identification number

You have the power to update your details whenever you want.


Cancel Subscription

If you wish to cancel:

  1. Access "Manage"

  2. Look for the cancel option

  3. Confirm the cancellation

  4. You will retain access until the end of the paid period

You have the power to cancel whenever you want. No commitments.

After Canceling

  • Your account remains active until the end date

  • Your credits are retained

  • You can reactivate at any time

  • Your business data is retained

Payment Errors

If there is a problem with the charge:

  1. You will receive an email notifying the issue

  2. Stripe will attempt the charge again

  3. You must update the payment method if it fails

  4. If not resolved, access may be suspended

Solution

  1. Go to the Stripe portal

  2. Update your card or payment method

  3. The charge will be retried automatically

Common Errors

"Error loading subscription"

Solution: Reload the page. If it persists, contact support.

"Error creating checkout"

Solution: Check your connection. Try again. If it fails, use another browser.

"Error opening billing portal"

Solution: Wait a few seconds. If it doesn't open, try again.
