Set up Page, Pixel, WhatsApp and Instagram to improve your strategies

After setting up the Business Manager and the Ad Account (required), you can configure additional assets that enhance your strategies.

Note: All fields in this section are optional. You can configure them now or later.

You have the power to choose which assets to configure according to your needs.

1. Facebook Page

Why is it important?

The Facebook Page is the identity from which your ads are published. Users will see the page name and photo.

Although it is "optional" in the setup, it is mandatory to publish any ad.

All fields in this section are optional; you can configure them now or later.

Select Page

  1. In the field "Facebook Page", click to open the list

  2. You will see the pages linked to your Business Manager

  3. Select your business's page

You have the power to choose which page to use for your ads.

I Don't See My Page

Possible causes:

  • The page is not added to the Business Manager

  • You do not have an admin role on the page

Solution:

  1. Settings → Accounts → Pages → Add

  2. Add your page to the Business Manager

  3. Return to SaleAds.ai and refresh


2. Facebook Pixel

What is the Pixel?

It is a tracking code that is installed on your website to:

  • Measure conversions (purchases, sign-ups, etc.)

  • Optimize ad delivery

  • Create remarketing audiences

The Pixel is a code you install on your website that allows you to measure conversions and optimize ads.

Select Existing Pixel

  1. In the field "Facebook Pixel", click to open the list

  2. You will see the pixels available in your ad account

  3. Select the pixel that is installed on your website

Create New Pixel

If you don't have a pixel:

  1. Click on "Create New Pixel"

  2. Enter a name (e.g.: "My Store Pixel")

  3. Click on "Create Pixel"

  4. The pixel is created and selected

You have the power to create your pixel if you don't have one.

Important: After creating the pixel, you must install it on your website. Refer to Meta's documentation for installation instructions.

I Don't Have a Website

If you don't have a website, you can skip this field. Your ads will function normally, but you won't be able to measure web conversions.


3. WhatsApp Business

When Do I Need WhatsApp Business?

Set up WhatsApp if you want to create strategies where users:

  • Click to send a message to WhatsApp

  • Receive automatic responses

  • Start conversations with your business

Select WhatsApp Account

  1. In the field "WhatsApp Business", click to open the list

  2. You will see the linked WhatsApp Business accounts

  3. Select the account you want to use

I Don't See Any Account

Message: No WhatsApp Business accounts were found.

This means that:

  • You do not have WhatsApp Business configured in your Business Manager

  • Or you did not link it during the Meta connection

Solution:

  1. Settings → Accounts → WhatsApp Accounts

  2. Set up your WhatsApp Business account

  3. Return to SaleAds.ai

Note: Configuring WhatsApp Business requires a verified phone number and can take several days.


4. Instagram Account

Why Connect Instagram?

If you have an Instagram business account, connecting it allows you to:

  • Show ads in the Instagram feed and stories

  • Use the name and photo of your Instagram account

  • Access Instagram insights

Select Instagram Account

  1. In the field "Instagram Account", click to open the list

  2. You will see the Instagram accounts linked to your Facebook Pages

  3. Select your Instagram account

I Don't See My Instagram Account

Message: There are no Instagram accounts linked to your Facebook Pages.

To link Instagram to your Facebook Page:

  1. Open the Instagram app

  2. Go to Settings → Account → Linked Accounts

  3. Select Facebook

  4. Choose the correct Facebook Page

  5. Return to SaleAds.ai and refresh

Requirement: Your Instagram account must be a "Business Account" or "Creator Account", not a personal account.


5. Website URL

What is it for?

Your website URL is used as:

  • Default destination for your ads

  • Domain for Pixel verification

  • Suggested landing page

Enter URL

  1. In the field "Website URL", type the address

  2. You must include https:// or http://

  3. Example: https://www.mystore.com

Complete Setup

Once you have configured the assets you need:

  1. Review the setup summary

  2. Click on "Next" to go to the final review

  3. On the review screen, verify that everything is correct

  4. Click on "Complete Setup"

Success Message

You will see: "Meta Ads setup completed successfully!"

Its status will change to "Configured" and it will be ready to create strategies.

Edit Configuration Later

You can modify these assets at any time:

  1. Go to Connected Accounts

  2. In Meta Ads, click on "Edit Configuration"

  3. Modify the necessary assets

  4. Save the changes
