Account and Registration
How do I create an account or log in?
Access to SaleAds.ai is only with Google or Microsoft:
Go to saleads.ai
Click "Get Started Free", "Sign Up" or "Log In"
Choose Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft
Authorize in the Google or Microsoft window
The first time, select your plan
There is no email form or password: everything is done with your Google or Microsoft account. From idea to campaign in minutes.
Can I try before paying?
To start using the platform you must select a plan (PRO or BUSINESS). Choose the one that best fits your business.
Can I change the email I use to log in?
The email is defined by your Google or Microsoft account. To use another email on SaleAds, sign in with another Google or Microsoft account that has that email.
I don't have a SaleAds password, how do I log in?
On SaleAds there is no separate password. You always log in with Google or Microsoft. Use the same option (Google or Microsoft) that you used the first time.
Plans and Billing
Which plan is right for me?
PRO: For entrepreneurs with 1 business
BUSINESS: For growing businesses (up to 3 brands)
AGENCY: For agencies (up to 10 brands, unlimited strategies)
You don't need to be an expert, you just need SaleAds. Choose the plan that best suits your business.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will keep access until the end of the paid period.
Connection with Meta
Do I need a Facebook account?
Yes. You need a personal Facebook account to manage your advertising assets.
Do I need Business Manager?
Yes. You need to have access to a Business Manager to connect with SaleAds.ai.
Will SaleAds publish on my behalf without authorization?
No. I only create ads when you click "Launch". I never publish content without your explicit authorization. You have full control.
Can they see my messages or personal data?
No. We only access information related to advertising (pages, ad accounts, campaign metrics). We do not have access to personal messages or private data.
Why don't my pages appear?
Make sure to:

Strategies and Campaigns
What is a strategy?
A strategy is a tested advertising campaign template that you customize with your creatives and I optimize with personalized copies. You don't need to be an expert, you just need SaleAds.
How many strategies can I create?
It depends on your plan:
PRO: 8/month
BUSINESS: 20/month
AGENCY: Unlimited
Why is my campaign created paused?
For security. This way you can review everything before spending. Activate it when you're ready. You decide when to start.
How much should I spend per day?
Minimum $3 USD. We recommend $8-10 USD for better results. Adjust according to your budget. You control your investment.
AI Image Generation
What is the difference between Pro and Ultra?
Pro (50 credits): Quality/speed balance, ideal for regular use
Ultra (100 credits): Better quality, more detail, ideal for important final versions
Can I use the images outside of SaleAds?
Yes. Generated images are yours and you can use them on other channels.
Brief and Business
What is the Brief for?
The Brief contains all the information about your business. The AI uses it to generate personalized and relevant copies for your ads.
How many businesses can I have?
It depends on your plan:
PRO: 1 business
BUSINESS: 3 businesses
AGENCY: 10 businesses
Technical Issues
The page does not load correctly
